Artist's Comments
This is another character from my comic, though you probably couldn't tell even if I had drawn a description or something of her. She's Electra, one of a clique of protagonists and I decided to draw her since she stayed with me alot during my fever- dreams and scared most of the monsters away 
She has some powers that give her command of winds and air and alike.. I won't get into further detail, but here she's summoning a sandstorm, something that gives her more energy than it drains.
